Many people asked me why I chose caesarean over natural birth? If my body allow me to natural birth, why not? The problem was I suffered pre-eclampsia during my late pregnancy, hence I am no able to choose natural birth. Pre-eclampsia or preeclampsia is a medical condition characterized by high blood pressure and significant amounts of protein in the urine of a pregnant woman. If left untreated, it can develop into eclampsia, the life-threatening occurrence of seizures during pregnancy. There are many different causes for the condition. It appears likely that there are substances from the placenta that can cause endothelial dysfunction in the maternal blood vessels of susceptible women. While blood pressure elevation is the most visible sign of the disease, it involves generalized damage to the maternal endothelium, kidneys, and liver, with the release of vasoconstrictive factors being a consequence of the original damage. Pre-eclampsia may develop from 20 weeks' gestation (it is considered early onset before 32 weeks, which is associated with an increased morbidity). Its progress differs among patients; most cases are diagnosed before labor typically would begin. Pre-eclampsia may also occur up to six weeks after delivery. Apart from Caesarean section and induction of labor (and therefore delivery of the placenta), there is no known cure. It is the most common of the dangerous pregnancy complications; it may affect both the mother and fetus. Some said if you have never gone through the process of natural birth, you will never know the experience of giving birth....Hello! what bulls***... Every mother to be have to go through 9 months of pregnancy, childbirth, and nature their offspring after that. Disadvantage of C-sect. Compared to natural birth, the recovering period is much longer. For natural birth, you only need 1 day to stay in a hospital and 1-2 weeks for full recovery as for C-sect, you needs at least 3 days, and 1-2 months for full recovery (also depends on the individual). According to some women even my mum who have gone through a natural birth, they said that their private parts do not look the same after a natural birth. In fact, they said it will never be exactly the same. Even if you have only 1 sleeping partner for the rest of your life and you wouldn’t care? Maybe. I wouldn't know. And the scar on lower stomach after C-section? My scar looks fine and not as bad as I thought it would be. Pain threshold Level I had an epidural and was awake during the process. I was semi-conscious. As I was too kan cheong, the anesthesia doc had to give me a dose of drowsiness to allow me to relax & sleep but I could still heard whatever nonsense my gynae was having with the anesthesia doc. You can opt to sleep throughout the whole process but you won’t be the first to see your baby and your hubby is not allowed in the operating theatre, some note for you to take if you are considering it. Some natural birth mothers took an epidural too because the pain is not tolerable. My salute to those who endure thru it. However, the pain came the next day. I did not eat much and neither move at all except to breastfeed my girl, the nurses were real helpful in a way or another. The worst was when I coughed or sneezed, my wound hurt like mad!. Needless to say, even for laugh. I couldn’t describe how painful it was. But a good thing is, painkiller helps a lot. When it was the D day, I told myself that, my gynae will take care of me and choose what is best for my baby and myself. I will let my gynae handle it. At the end of the day, the decision is your choice to choose. My Favourite Instant Noodle

Instant noodles – guilty pleasure or a necessary evil of our busy or lazy life? I had it once a week or maybe twice....Blame it on my lazy self, because to whip up a decent meal, I probably need 2 hours....So , instant noodle is a quick fix for a simple meal on weekends for me....At times, I do add egg, sausages, slices or minced pork into it....sometime veg also...hahaha...it totally depends on what I can find in my fridge...A visit to the supermarkets, you often find an entire aisle to these quick meals. It is interesting to see how different cultures have come out with localized flavors, and it’s a great way to taste your way around the world. Today, I am going to talk about my favourite noodle....It is none other than Nong Shim Spicy Noodle.... Nong Shim is the most popular Korean brand for instant noodles. The circular noodle cake separated well after 3 minutes, the loose dried vegetable flakes add appeal, while the flavour sachet dissolved completely. One big flavour sachet is employed by Nong Shim for this Bowl Noodle Soup. Never underestimate the spiciness of it. From the first time the noodle hits your lips you will feel the chilli burn. A sensation that lets you know that you are eating very spicy noodle soup. The noodle is very soft for a bowl variety and slides easily down the gullet without need for much chewing, and if you do decide to chew, it seems as though the noodle can predict this and forms itself into smaller strips almost effortlessly. It takes a lot of effort to finish the broth, as you make your way down, it seems to get hotter and hotter (due to less chilli being dissolved). After completely drinking the broth, you should have a great sense of accomplishment. But sad to say, the packet noodle for spicy mushroom seem to have discontinued, now they have change it to Spicy Gourmet....Not sure if the contents consist of beef, for those who do not take beef, you may want to look for those in cup or bowl packaging, you might still be able to get the spicy mushroom. Good Luck!! So, what are you waiting for?? head down to your nearest supermarket and get a pack to try.... Eyeliner

Hihi,Morning peeps!! Today I am very happy with my eye makeup, the focus is the eyeliner..... FYI, I am failed to the max when it comes to drawing eyeliner, I hardly do the flick eyeliner as I have shaky hand.... I usually failed in the flick for my left as I am a right hand person. The flick is either too thick or crooked. I believe practice make perfect but I failed too many times! Henceforth, I always end up with simple eyeliner and off I go to work. I admire those girls who can do the flick eyeliner and they can do it at ease without any hassle.. Anybody wanna teach me??
Love, Charmama2901 Victoria Secret Triple Drama Mascara (review)

HiHi,remember my previous post on the Victoria Secret Triple Drama Mascara. I have tried the product, i will give it a 7 out of 10. Nonetheless, I will still show you the picture after application. But first of all, let me give you an introduction what is a mascara.... Mascara is a cosmetic commonly used to enhance the eyes. It may darken, thicken, lengthen, and/or define the eyelashes. Normally in one of three forms—liquid, cake, or cream—the modern mascara product has various formulas; however, most contain the same basic components of pigments, oils, waxes, and preservatives.
This is 1 coating, hence it might not be very drama as what the name of the product is. I believe a few more coats will made the lashes clump together, this is what I hate the most. The only way to save clumpy lashes will be to use the lash comb to comb away the excess coating and viola!! You will have long and curled lashes... This is my simply daily eye makeup to work.
